Built by Applicants
for Applicants

We’re not career consultants looking in from the outside—we’re recent MBA admits who have navigated the same high-stakes process you’re about to undertake. We understand how overwhelming it can feel to balance demanding careers, personal commitments, and the pressure to present a compelling story that stands out.

Our Perspective

MBA admissions today are competitive, nuanced, and often overwhelming. As current MBA students at Columbia Business School who recently went through the process ourselves, we bring a firsthand perspective on what it actually takes to stand out. With prior admissions experience at Georgetown and UPenn, we also understand how top programs evaluate candidates behind the scenes.

Our approach is practical and direct. We focus on storytelling, tightening your messaging, and ensuring your essays and interviews feel cohesive, intentional, and authentic. No generic templates — just thoughtful, candid feedback grounded in what works today. Unlike our competitors, we offer itemized services and pricing so you can take what you need and leave the rest.

We believe recent experience matters. Our goal is to help you present the strongest version of yourself, avoid common pitfalls, and move through the process with clarity and confidence.

What Makes Us Different

Recently Lived Experience

We've been through admissions ourselves—essays, interviews, career pivots—so our advice reflects today's realities and practical challenges, not outdated playbooks.

Practical, Not Theoretical

Admissions coaching is most effective when it focuses on identifying strengths, shaping a personal story, and preparing candidates to present themselves confidently.

Flexibility

Our services are fully itemized rather than bundled into expensive packages, giving you the flexibility to choose exactly what you need while keeping costs efficient.

Meet the Team

Anna Glickman

  • Anna graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2021 with a degree in Psychology. While at Penn, she served as an Admissions Ambassador and continued her involvement after graduation as an Alumni Interviewer. Following college, Anna built a career in broadcast journalism, working as a producer and writer at MSNBC and CNN while simultaneously earning her first master’s degree from New York University. Five years into her news career, she decided to pursue an MBA to make a significant career pivot into finance.

Anna successfully repositioned her unconventional background for business school and secured a competitive summer internship in finance, proving that top MBA programs don't just accept diverse candidates—they actively seek them out.

As a recent applicant herself, Anna brings current, first-hand knowledge of what works in today's admissions landscape. She specializes in working with non-traditional candidates, helping them craft applications that showcase their unique value.

Yamini Jena

  • Yamini graduated from Georgetown University in 2021 with a degree in Economics and Math. During her time at Georgetown, she worked at the admissions office, gave campus tours, and remains involved with the university as an alumni interviewer today. After college, she began her career in economic consulting at Charles River Associates, where she built quantitative models to support litigation and policy matters in the life sciences industry. Through this work, she developed a deeper interest in healthcare and chose to pursue an MBA to broaden her impact beyond purely analytical work.

Yamini earned nearly $500,000 in merit-based scholarship offers, including full-tuition awards from two M7 MBA programs. Coming from a more traditional background, she understands how critical clear positioning and storytelling are in order to stand out in a crowded applicant pool.

She specializes in helping traditional candidates elevate their stories by identifying and emphasizing what sets them apart. Despite your background, Yamini can help you position your application so it best communicates your value to top MBA programs.
